I think that you guys are very good overall. you never make people wait to much. You are very helpful, you make things fun form kids like how they earn points and get gift cards. Also how they can earn things by wearing there shirt and sunglasses. I also think that you guys a very nice and caring.

All of the staff are friendly. I haven't had to wait longer than five minutes before being called back. The waiting area is comfortable. I'm treated with respect when I'm being spoken to.

Kottemann is a great team if individual's that are always there at your needs and make sure you know what's going on before everything.
