I really like how everything is done in Kottemann Orthodontics! The people at the front desk, the nurses, and my doctor, Dr. Bill, are super nice. Before covid, I only used to wait 5 minutes before I was called upon to get my braces tightened, but now with covid, I get called upon within 1-3 minutes of me getting there, which is just great! Also, I really appreciate that they opened up and are being very safe during this Covid-19 period, like how everyone social distances and wears a mask (except the patient while being examined).
